Phab Torquay runs on Monday nights between 7 – 9pm at Barton Baptist Church and is organised by Mark Thorneywork.

About Phab 

Phab’s aim is to promote and encourage people of all abilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete inclusion within the wider community. We cater for kids, teens and young adults between the ages of 8 and 20 years old.

Phab celebrated its Golden Jubilee in 2007, having been established in 1957.

Goodbye and Thanks

Robin Stubbs has worked at PHAB Torquay since the late 1990s helping young people with physical and learning difficulties in the Bay and is at the end of July going to retire.
 
He has helped 100s of young people over the years some of which have grown up into young adults and still come to this day every Monday night to socialise and have fun and challenges.
 
All at Phab thank Robin from the bottom of our hearts for all his help and support over the years he has given to us. He will be missed – Monday nights will not be the same without him…

Mark and all at Phab Torquay sincerely hope that Robin will continue to pop in from time to time to play snooker and eat our chocolate!!!

The club is also saying goodbye and thanks to Katie who is leaving Phab Club to undertake further training for her daytime job which involves evening classes.
